Jiný Kontext publishes Czech analytical texts on society, technology, law, science, media, history and the formation of judgement itself. It keeps findings, estimates, interpretation and conclusions apart; articles disclose sources, method, corrections and the role of AI.

Five rules that apply before publication
- A commercial relationship must not determine the editorial conclusion.
- Partnerships and commercial content must be clearly labelled for the reader.
- An unsupported partner claim is not adopted as an editorial fact.
- Source links, limitations and significant corrections remain findable.
- The editorial team may decline a commission if it would conflict with independence or transparency.

- Assessment: editorial fit, conflicts of interest and labelling.
- Offer: scope, responsibilities, timetable, approval points and terms.
