A nationwide trend and personal exposure are not the same quantity. Monitoring stations provide standardized data, models fill the space between them, and people move throughout the day among the street, home, workplace, and transportation.

1. What Can Be Substantiated

The Czech Hydrometeorological Institute assessed 2025 as favorable overall with regard to PM10 and PM2.5 particulate matter and nitrogen dioxide. This is a summary of the national network, not confirmation that every location had the same air quality.[1]
